Lloyd was born during a required EE class. When Bama went to visit her then-boyfriend Dan at Georgia Tech, he was unable to cut his EE class for her. So she came, too, and enjoyed the little drawings that the TA was making on the whiteboard. Lloyd was named for Dan's favorite of the many creations: "the current monster!"
The World According to Lloyd is dedicated to Dan, who is now my hubby, and to the wonderful TA that didn't mind an extra person in his class.
